Digital Marketing Executive - UK

Based in our London office the Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for executing the brand presence across all digital touch points, maintaining content on the brand’s ecommerce website, community management on the brand’s social channels, and driving awareness and brand love amongst digital influencers. As the key contact for blogger outreach in the UK, this person has experience working directly with bloggers and is able to build new relationships in order to increase the brand’s social network. The Digital Marketing Executive is a digital all-rounder who is capable analyzing & reporting on data using Google Analytics and Social Media platforms and using this insight to inform and action a brand growth strategy. 

Responsibilities include:  

  • Driving brand awareness amongst UK bloggers and digital influencers. Managing all blogger relationships and proactively seeking new opportunities with influencers to drive brand awareness.

  • Working closely with European community managers to ensure the brand tone of voice and imagery is aligned across social media accounts.

  • Responsible for monitoring, and reporting on, all UK digital conversation, including but not limited to - social mentions, blogger coverage, retailer and customer reviews, forums, and feeding this insight back to the business.

  • Responsible for UK community management - daily interaction on social media, proactively joining relevant conversations and being the first port of call for incoming customer service queries and questions.

  • Contributing to the social content calendar. Creating, writing and publishing content in line with overall marketing calendar.

  • Reporting on UK social media activity. Proactively suggesting ways to develop and improve KPI performance including engagement, traffic driving and follower growth. 

  • Retailer, Etailer and Distributor support – Working alongside Marketing Executive to provide UK retail partners with Digital content and ideas to support their business, i.e. social contests, digital assets etc. 

  • CRM – Devising and implementing email communications with existing customers and growing the current email database. Creating and reporting on all email campaigns.

  • SEO & Content Management – All content management on the brand website, including writing content, uploading images, setting up new products, adding product information, setting up promotional codes.

  • E-commerce – Contribute to & implement a trade marketing calendar for the brand’s own ecommerce website that is strongly supported by social media and influencer activity.



  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role

  • Relevant Degree qualification

  • Experience with Magento, Mailchimp and Google Analytics is desired
